​On Tuesday, October 30, 2012, the newly appointed Interim Commissioner of Competition, John Pecman, addressed a client seminar at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes). Commissioner Pecman shared his insights about the Bureau’s enforcement priorities and the importance of establishing and implementing ongoing competition compliance policies.  Commissioner Pecman’s remarks were his first since his appointment as head of the Competition Bureau on September 26, 2012.
