Kathryn is involved in all aspects of income tax as well as pension and employee benefits law. She has successfully represented many clients, including, most recently, The Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) in its intervention in the Kerry Canada case before the Supreme Court of Canada.

SELECT EXPERIENCE

  • Provided technical advisory and consulting services along with facilitation and project management services to the Nova Scotia Pension Agency, the trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Superannuation Plan
  • Served as one of the four advisers to the Ontario Expert Commission on Pensions, which then made recommendations on the Pension Benefits Act (Ontario)
  • Acted as intervenor for ACPM at the Supreme Court of Canada
