Andrew's practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, investments and reorganizations. He also maintains a general corporate practice that includes assisting clients with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, business structuring, and corporate governance issues.

In 2015, Andrew completed a secondment at a vertically integrated media company where he advised on commercial arrangements relating to television services. He previously completed a secondment at a well-known manufacturer of beverage products where he worked on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
