Andrew's practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, assisting growth companies (in various stages) and assisting clients with general commercial matters.

Clients have included private equity funds, media and technology start-ups (at various stages in their life cycle), renewable energy companies, automotive manufacturers, food and beverage companies and retail multinationals in relation to all aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Andrew has also assisted multiple foreign corporations in executing expansion into Canada.

  • Anixter Inc. on the acquisition of the Power Solutions business of segment of HD Supply

  • Niagara Tools on its sale to Apex Tool Group, a subsidiary of Bain Capital

  • Renewable Energy Trust on its acquisition of certain three 10 MW AC solar power plants from Canadian Solar Solutions Inc.

  • Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, on its acquisition of Renewable Energy Developers Inc.
