Céline practices commercial law and advises clients in a variety of industries, including technology, communications, retail, life sciences, travel and manufacturing companies.

She assists in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements for the licence, sale, distribution and marketing of technology, intellectual property, goods and services in light of Canadian requirements (including those specific to the province of Quebec). She also advises clients in the context of technology and intellectual property-related corporate transactions.

In addition to her commercial work, Céline provides advice in relation to a range of regulatory matters including compliance with privacy, French language, consumer protection, e-commerce, product labelling and advertising requirements. She also guides telecommunications and broadcasting companies in connection with their Canadian regulatory obligations and interacts with the relevant communications regulators regarding annual filings and licensing matters.

With respect to intellectual property matters, Céline provides opinions on the availability of trade-marks, assists in coordinating trade-mark filings in Canada, and advises clients on brand protection and enforcement strategies.

Céline is fluent in French and English.
