Hélène's practice focuses primarily on leading private M&A transactions, mostly in the information technology and fintech industries, negotiating complex commercial contracts (such as service agreements, licence agreements, cloud computing agreements and outsourcing agreements) and advising on cybersecurity issues.

Fluent in English and French, Hélène advises international clients in North America and Europe, and helps them navigate through both the civil law and common law systems.

  • A large software industry player on its negotiation of distribution agreements in Europe and the United States by assisting the company to secure a solid distribution of its products worldwide
