Holly has over 13 years of experience as a specialist in employment and human rights law, acting in both an advisory capacity and as litigation counsel.

Holly provides timely and practical advice to clients in respect of all laws relating to workplace issues, including employment law, human rights law and privacy law. She regularly negotiates and drafts executive employment, restrictive covenant, termination and related agreements and policies. She also frequently advises on the employment and labour aspects of complex corporate transactions. Holly has specialized expertise in all aspects of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

As an advocate, Holly regularly represents employers in disputes and proceedings that arise under federal and provincial employment laws and in the Ontario civil courts. She has experience representing clients in employment-related class actions.
