Justin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and financing transactions. He works on a broad range of matters by type, size and industry focus. His experience includes cross-border leveraged transactions, management buyouts, acquihires, carve-outs, earn-outs, service and supply arrangements, structured acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and early-stage company structuring and financing.

Justin has developed particular expertise in working on strategic transactions between large entities and early-stage technology companies.

Justin also has significant corporate finance and securities experience, including acting for issuers, advisors, dealers, sponsors and institutional investors in public and private offerings of securities, fund formation, investment management and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Questcor Pharmaceuticals on its C$100-million acquisition of BioVectra
