Noemi advises employers in all areas of employment and labour law, including pre-employment and hiring issues, employment standards, human rights, labour relations, workplace safety and insurance, privacy, occupational health and safety, and wrongful dismissal.

She represents employers in all types of employment-related disputes and advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Her practice also involves preparing employment and consulting contracts, termination agreements, and workplace personnel policies.

Prior to joining Blakes, Noemi practised in Los Angeles at a leading international U.S.-based law firm where her practice focused on employment and labour issues, general commercial disputes and fiduciary litigation. As part of her U.S. practice, Noemi represented clients from many industries, including financial services, consumer products, energy, entertainment, sports, health care and telecommunications, in state and federal court, and in arbitration and administrative proceedings.


Noemi was presented with the London School of Economics' Outstanding Alumni Volunteer Award in 2017.
