Peter MacGowan is a Partner in, and has been a member of, our Financial Services Group since 1992. His practice is centred on the structuring and documentation of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and includes syndicated financing transactions, high-yield notes offerings, asset-based financings, subordinated debt arrangements and restructurings.

Peter has represented lenders and borrowers in the context of financing arrangements across a broad range of economic sectors and industries, including the hospitality industry, the manufacturing sector, retail operations, telecommunications, health care and financial services.

Peter has also worked closely with private equity clients in connection with a number of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including the provision of advice regarding corporate and regulatory matters.
