Rick has acted on many of the major commercial real estate projects in Alberta in recent years. He has had a broad range of experience in virtually all facets of real estate transactions, including commercial, industrial and shopping centre leasing, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development and environmental law matters. These include office buildings, shopping centres, multi-family residential projects and industrial buildings.

Rick has extensive experience in resolving environmental law issues related to restructuring transactions, refinancings, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and other commercial assets.

Rick also has extensive experience in acting for major industrial and commercial developers and lenders to major development projects. Those projects include land assemblies, build-to-suit arrangements, subdivisions and major tenant leases.
