Diversity Statement
Blakes has launched a variety of initiatives in recognition of the fact that equity and diversity are critical priorities for our current and future success. It starts with Blakes Equity & Diversity Committee, an operating committee that includes Partners and Associates from diverse backgrounds in all offices.
