David's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. He provides strategic advice on many of Canada's largest and most complex asset and share transactions. David leads the Firm's Automotive group.

David has 20 years of experience advising clients on complex regulated transactions. David also regularly advises foreign companies on establishing and structuring their Canadian operations. His experience includes structuring and negotiating various domestic and cross-border commercial arrangements, including joint venture, shareholder, partnership and commercial agreements.
