David is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group at Blakes, which is widely regarded as the leading competition law practice in Canada. David's practice focuses on advising clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, marketing and distribution practices, criminal and civil investigations, and compliance matters. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act.

David's competition law practice is complemented by a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
