Kristin's practice encompasses a broad range of complex business and commercial disputes, with a focus on cybersecurity, data privacy and information technology matters. She also advises clients on e-discovery strategies in complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Blakes, Kristin practised in Boston for a number of years at a leading international law firm, and her American legal experience is invaluable in cross-border matters. As part of her practice in the U.S., she represented public and private companies in litigation and government investigations relating to securities fraud, pharmaceutical compliance and data security breaches.

Kristin began her legal career in Toronto, clerking for Justices Doherty, MacPherson, Juriansz and LaForme of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
