  • ECN Capital Corp. in connection with the sale of all of its Canadian Commercial and Vendor (C&V) Finance assets to Canadian Western Bank for cash proceeds of over C$900-million

  • The management of Sandvine Corporation in connection with its acquisition by Procera Networks, Inc.
