Justin's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and financing transactions in both domestic and international markets. He works on a broad range of matters by type, size and industry focus. Clients appreciate his practical and business minded approach in managing transactions and navigating critical deal issues.

He has developed particular expertise in working on strategic transactions between large entities and early-stage technology companies.

Justin also has significant expertise in dealing with regulated industries, including financial services, cannabis, national defense and life sciences. He is skilled in advising clients through competitive situations, including auctions on both the buy and sell sides.
