He also provides ongoing advice to issuers regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other Canadian corporate and securities law compliance matters. Jamie has extensive expertise advising clients in the mining and biotechnology industries.

Jamie spent over a year in the Firm's New York office, where he focused on Canada/U.S. cross-border M&A transactions and financings.
