With a focus on Alberta’s oil and gas industry and related infrastructure, our lawyers will discuss how data fits into the current regulatory framework and what companies should do in the event of a data breach. We will also explore cybersecurity issues, obligations and applications relevant to critical infrastructure organizations and how to prepare an integrated cyberbreach response.
