Blakes Women in Leadership Webinar Series Part 3: Career Growth and Transitions in Times of Crisis
October 28, 2021 - 12:45 PM - 1:45 PM

Please note this program will be delivered in English.

We invite you to join us for the third and final part of our 2021 Women in Leadership series, as we continue our exploration of being present, intentional and connected in how we advance in our careers.

In Parts 1 and 2 of our series, women’s leadership coach and author Sally Helgesen examined the non-linear and often messy process of growing and evolving professionally. Through interactive exercises and live coaching moments, Sally shared actionable practices and strategies that can be utilized to rethink and reframe our careers.

In Part 3 of our series, we will hear from a panel of senior executive women who have made significant transitions in their careers during the pandemic. Drawing on their experiences, our panellists will share their thoughts on how to be present and intentional in setting aspirations, addressing habits that could hold you back from moving forward and connecting to networks, both internal and external, that can be leveraged in support of your goal.
