CDRI Seminar Series: Delay and Damages

December 1, 2021 - 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Construction projects have a number of challenges — from selecting the contractor and negotiating the construction contract to navigating change orders and project delays. Anticipating these challenges and effectively dealing with disputes as they arise can save valuable time and resources.

In this five-part webinar series, we invite you to join the Blakes Construction Litigation group in Calgary as we explore some of the most frequent issues that occur during a construction project. We will also provide practical guidance and tips on how to identify and mitigate litigation risks.

Webcast #4: Delay and Damages

In this presentation, we will be joined by Neil Gaudion, a leading expert on delays and damages, as we discuss how to deal with project delays, best practices to preserve a delay claim, the calculation of delay damages and key contractual terms to protect against or advance a delay claim.
