Shahroz's practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.
Prior to joining Blakes, Shahroz summered, articled and practised at the Toronto office of an international law firm.
