Shavone's practice covers all aspects of corporate and international tax planning, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, public equity and debt financing, investment funds (including exchange-traded funds (ETFs)), REITs and other real estate investment vehicles.

Shavone is a member of the Firm's Sports Law group and also regularly provides advice specific to taxation matters in the sports industry.
