Marlie practises corporate and securities law. She advises both public and private companies on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and corporate reorganizations.
Marlie obtained a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law, where she participated in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program and the Innocence Project. Throughout law school she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada at various non-profit organizations.
Marlie obtained a Bachelor of Business Management and Organizational Studies, Honors Specialization in Consumer Behaviour, from Western University.
