Stacey's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. She provides advice to lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions, project finance and asset-based lending.

Stacey first joined Blakes as a summer law student in 2016 and subsequently articled with the Firm.
