Annick Demers

Awards & Recognition

Annick’s expertise is recognized in the financial services industry. In January 2018, she has appeared as a member of the Barreau du Québec’s Committee on Consumer Protection and expert on insurance distribution matters before the National Assembly’s Commission des finances publiques public hearings and consultation on Bill 141 (An Act mainly to improve the regulation of the financial sector, the protection of deposits of money and the operation of financial institutions).

Annick was also selected as the exclusive winner of the Client Choice Award 2019 by Lexology in the Banking category for Quebec.

Professional Activities

Annick serves as a member of the Barreau du Québec's Committee on Consumer Protection. Annick is a member of the Ontario Bar, the Association of Québec Women in Finance, the Montreal Association of Insurance Women and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario.
