Zina's practice covers civil, commercial and administrative law, with a focus on infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships (P3s), in addition to national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She advises private and public entities, as well as national and international financial institutions, on infrastructure projects in a variety of sectors, such as social infrastructure and renewable energy.
Zina has participated in a wide range of transactions in various sectors, including energy, health, education and services. From due diligence to closing, she advises clients on all stages of transactions and assists in drafting and reviewing purchase agreements and related transaction documents.
She is fluent in English, French and Arabic and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
