Professional Activities

Brock has been a frequent speaker and has chaired several national and international conferences on corporate and securities law topics, including mergers and acquisitions (national and cross-border) and corporate governance.

Brock has served as corporate secretary and director on numerous boards. He is currently a member of the advisory boards of the Canadian General Counsel Awards and 30% Club Canada.
