Amanda advises on tax issues related to international taxation and transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and tax controversy and litigation.
Amanda also has extensive experience assisting clients navigating the audit process, as well as resolving tax disputes administratively and in court. She has been involved in developing Canadian transfer pricing law, including acting on the first and only transfer-pricing case heard by the Supreme Court of Canada.
In 2004-2005, Amanda was a law clerk to the Honourable Morris J. Fish of the Supreme Court of Canada.
