  • C$112-million purchase by IG Mackenzie Real Property Fund (formerly Investors Real Property Fund) of a 97.5% interest in Lynden Park Mall, a 375,000 square foot regional shopping centre in Brantford, Ontario

  • C$115-million purchase by Greenland Group (Canada), a prominent Chinese state-owned enterprise, of a downtown Toronto development site upon which 44 and 48-storey condominium towers are being constructed
