Jae Won’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities.

Jae Won currently serves on the Finance and Administration Committee for the Canadian Hemophilia Society, a patient charity for hemophiliacs, where he advises the board on business matters.

Jae Won joined Blakes as a Summer Student after his second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation.
