  • A pipeline company with regard to various land rights acquisition proceedings before the Canada Energy Regulator

  • A corporate client with regard to an application before the British Columbia Utilities Commission to construct and operate an electrical distribution line

  • An oil company with regard to a Group 1 tolls and tariffs proceeding before the Canada Energy Regulator

  • Various corporate clients with regard to compensation, compliance and facilities proceedings, and proceedings related to electricity regulation, before Alberta and British Columbia energy regulatory bodies

  • Various corporate clients with regard to regulatory applications and diligence necessary to effect corporate transactions
