Peter's practice focuses on corporate and securities law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and continuous disclosure compliance.
Peter has experience representing issuers and underwriters on a broad range of matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure obligations, debt and equity securities offerings, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial matters.
As an articling student, Peter spent three months working in the legal group at a leading Canadian energy company.
