Martin acts on real estate and lending transactions in several industry groups. He has experience in transactions involving buying, selling, leasing, financing and development of commercial real estate including shopping centres, hotels, apartment buildings, office buildings and industrial properties.
Martin acts for a broad range of clients, including developers, financial institutions, pension funds and other lenders and investors. He also works closely with other practice areas within the Firm to provide real estate advice relating to commercial transactions.
Martin joined Blakes as an Associate after summering and articling with the Firm.
