About Natalie

Natalie's practice focuses on information technology, privacy and cybersecurity. Her experience includes advising clients regarding outsourcing, SaaS agreements and system procurement.  She also provides advice on negotiating complex commercial agreements, including payment agreements, and on technology issues in mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, Natalie provides strategic and practical advice on privacy matters and cybersecurity, including responding to data and privacy breaches.
