Sophie’s practice encompasses all areas of employment law. She provides legal advice to employers with respect to the hiring and termination of employees, as well as on matters pertaining to psychological harassment, human rights and employment standards, at both the provincial and federal levels. She also advises on labour relations, notably in the context of grievance arbitrations.
In addition, Sophie advises buyers and sellers on various employment law issues that can arise in the context of transactions. She also ensures the compliance of contracts and policies within companies.
As part of her practice, Sophie is also called upon to represent various types of clients before administrative and civil tribunals.
