Yanka primarily works in the area of financial services and real estate. Her work consists of security and obligation research at the RDPRM (Registre des droits personnels et réels mobiliers/Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights), the Quebec legal actions, the Bank of Canada and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada. She reviews and examines search results and drafts Quebec security search reports. She also prepares various forms for filing with the RDPRM.

Yanka is involved in the review of commercial property titles, summary title searches and off-title searches, the drafting of documents and opinions, and the preparation of lease agreements and various other documents required for certain financings. She also has some litigation experience.
