Camille practises in the areas of financial services and banking law. Her practice covers various types of transactions, including those in corporate finance, acquisition finance and project finance. She represents banks as well as public and private financial institutions, acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers, and is involved at every stage of the transactional process, from due diligence to closing.
Having worked on various cross-border financings involving European, African and American stakeholders, Camille has acquired valuable experience providing legal assistance to a wide array of sponsors, lenders and governmental authorities, taking into consideration their specific concerns and realities.
In terms of her experience in project finance, Camille has acted on behalf of sponsors and consortium of lenders in multiple financing and refinancing transactions, including for hydroelectric projects, wind farm projects, solar power projects, biomass wood pellet plant construction projects and water treatment plants in North America, Africa and Europe.
She is fluent in French and English.
