Camille practises in the areas of financial services and banking law. Her practice covers various types of transactions, including those in corporate finance, acquisition finance and project finance. She represents banks as well as public and private financial institutions, acting on behalf of lenders and borrowers, and is involved at every stage of the transactional process, from due diligence to closing.
Having worked on various cross-border financings involving European, African and American stakeholders, Camille has acquired valuable communication skills that she applies in the context of cross-jurisdictional transactions.
