  • Suncor Energy Inc. in connection with the C$1.13-billion sale of its Petro-Canada lubricants division to HollyFrontier Corporation

  • Imperial Oil on its divesture of 497 Esso-brand retail gas stations to five fuel distributors for C$2.8-billion

  • Suncor Energy Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Murphy Oil Company's 5 percent participating interest in Syncrude for C$937-million
