• The court-appointed receiver and trustee in bankruptcy of RBee Aggregates Consulting Ltd.

• The proposal trustee, Alvarez and Marsal Canada Inc., in the BIA proposal proceedings of Petrolama Energy Canada Inc. (oil and gas)

• The court-appointed monitor, FTI Consulting Canada Inc., in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings of Coalspur Mines (Operations) Ltd.

• The senior secured lender in the court-appointed receivership proceedings of Genesis Integration Inc. and Fusion Cine Sales & Rentals Inc. (audiovisual equipment sales and rentals)

• The secured creditor in respect of the maturity of a $40,000,000 loan and preliminary enforcement steps in respect of same
