Mark-Anthony’s practice focuses primarily on employment law issues in Quebec. He provides practical advice to employers on various areas of employment law, including employment contracts, workplace policies and labour standards obligations.
He also advises companies on employee-related matters arising in commercial transactions, such as asset and share acquisitions and carries out due diligence reviews in a wide range of sectors, namely with respect to the target company’s employees and officers.
Additionally, Mark-Anthony specializes in employment disputes, namely in preparing employers’ cases to be brought before Quebec judicial and administrative bodies, as well as before grievance arbitrators.
