About Cara

Cara is a corporate commercial lawyer in Blakes’ Vancouver office, whose practice focuses primarily on private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund investments and corporate finance. She also assists clients with a broad range of business law matters, including reorganizations, general corporate governance and drafting commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Blakes, Cara worked with the legal department of a Vancouver-based technology company.
