About Brittiny

Brittiny’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes. She also has expertise in Federal Court and administrative law matters, as well as in Indigenous law and environmental law disputes and advisory work. Brittiny’s experience includes a wide range of business disputes, contract cases, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, media and defamation cases, injunctions, arbitrations and tribunal work.

Brittiny has experience representing clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Following her articles at the Firm, Brittiny clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal.
