Fahim Rahman

Representative matters in which Fahim has been involved include:

• Advising a multi-national materials manufacturer on health and safety policy changes following the COVID-19 pandemic

• Acting as independent counsel to several municipal and government agencies

• Assisting in an action for breach of contract against a developer

• Assisting in an arbitration regarding the sale of assets between two large corporations

• Acting for vendors and purchasers on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial real estate

• Assisting with a mediation to extend a multi-million-dollar shared services agreement

• Advising agencies and corporations on compliance with complex regulatory frameworks

Fahim is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.

Fahim has volunteered with Pro Bono Students' Canada, where he worked with the New Brunswick Aboriginal Peoples' Council on the issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women.
