• Platinum Group Metals in connection with a senior and subordinated secured loan facilities

• Canadian syndicates in a number of large syndicated asset-based lending transactions in the natural resource sector

• A syndicate of lenders in connection with a C$175-million subordinated credit facility in the services industry

• Capstone Mining Corp. on refinancing its C$400-million secured revolving credit facility

• Whistler Blackcomb Holdings for the refinancing of its secured revolving credit facilities

• A U.S. lender in connection with a C$395-million commercial real estate loan to a Canadian borrower

• Veris Gold Corp. in connection with its C$120-million gold forward purchase transaction with a gold pre-payment to Deutsche Bank AG

• Jimmie Creek General Partnership in connection with a C$176-million loan facility for the Jimmie Creek hydroelectric project

• Dokie General Partnership in connection with the acquisition of the 144-megawatt Dokie Ridge wind project, and a C$175-million construction syndicated loan facility and C$16-million letter of credit facility for the construction/operation of the project

• The DIP lenders in connection with the restructuring, debtor in possession financing and exit financing of Clover Leaf Seafood S.a r.l. and its subsidiaries
