Alana regularly advises clients on regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters including transactions, regulatory approvals and consumer issues. She has significant experience advising with respect to reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and financings in the financial services sector. She also provides advice on issues relating to FinTech and insurance intermediary licensing across Canada. Alana liaises regularly with federal, provincial and territorial regulators and other industry groups.
