Milomir's practice focuses on private equity and venture capital. He advises investment funds, purchasers, target companies and vendors on a wide variety of public and private mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. He also advises clients on complex commercial agreements.

Milomir recently completed a six-month secondment with a leading Canadian media publisher where he assisted in various commercial matters and strategic investments. He serves as a mentor with the New College Mentorship Program (University of Toronto) where he provides ongoing mentorship to students pursuing a career in law.
