Alysha acts on real property and lending transactions in several industry groups. She has experience in commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financing. Alysha acts for a broad range of clients including developers, financial institutions, pension funds and other lenders and investors. She also works closely alongside other practice groups in the Firm to provide real estate advice relating to commercial transactions.
Alysha joined Blakes as an Associate after summering and articling with the Firm.
