  • Acted for underwriters in connection with C$1-billion public offering of REIT units and debentures of Choice REIT and follow-on offerings of partnership notes and debentures

  • TransGlobe Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust in connection with its privatization by PD Kanco LP and Starlight Investments Ltd. for aggregate purchase price of approximately C$1.03-billion

  • The initial public offering by Starlight U.S.Multi-Family Core Fund in the amount of approximately US$75-million

  • The underwriters in connection with the initial public offering by Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust of approximately $113.7-million

  • The underwriters in connection with the initial public offering by American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP of approximately $113.7-million
