  • Ontario's nuclear new-build project

  • Infrastructure Ontario projects with respect to alternative financing for hospitals, detention centres, a data centre and other public facilities

  • Contracts between government and the private sector with respect to nursing homes, long-term-care facilities, air ambulance, telehealth and community-care access centres

  • Transactions related to P3s (advising public-sector clients and international financial institutions) in the water and wastewater sector in Canada, South Africa, the West Bank, Jordan, Gaza, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, the Philippines, Kenya, Zambia, India, Ukraine and Mozambique

Professional Activities

Judy also taught part-time in the Department of Law at Carleton University for approximately 12 years. Her areas of teaching experience include municipal law, contract law, business law, labour law and building contracts, and public tender systems.

Judy is the past Chair and current member of the board of directors of Halton Healthcare Services in the province of Ontario.
